Domestic Violence Refresher: The Importance of Diversity, Power Imbalances and Safety.
Mediators, Arbitrators and Parenting Coordinators are required to complete continuing education. The Attorney General requires that Family Arbitrators and Parenting Coordinators attend a minimum of 5 hours of domestic violence training every 2 years. This program will fulfil that requirement as well as counting towards the 20 hours of continuing education for Family Mediators.
