This is the last of four ONLINE courses on substantive Family Law (Property, Support, Custody & Access, and Evolving Issues). The purpose of these sessions is to provide an introduction to Family Law for professionals who are not Family lawyers. These courses would also be appropriate for Family Mediators or lawyers who are returning to the field and would like a refresher in Family Law.
These courses are offered ONLINE ONLY as an option for completing the required 30 hour accreditation in family law.
** Some modules in this course refer to case studies and Divorce Mate calculations. These handouts will be emailed to you upon receipt of your registration for the course.
